Interestingly it is a winning ticket, on the inside it shows that it contains a price of ten guilders, which was at the time quite a high amount to win.
In ok condition, there are some small proffessional tape repairs.
Very hard to find. 99% of all tickets are without winning, that is, IF you can find a WHN ticket.
